Our building is located in the centre of the Toowoomba CBD and is one of the only high-rise buildings in Toowomba, which makes it easy for our clients to find.
We like that the building offers large open space with a generous floor plan to accommodate an open office environment.
The Easternwell office was previously located in a semi-industrial area. As the company and its workforce expanded, we needed to find somewhere which would accommodate our growing team, without the distraction of noise and machinery.

After a twelve-month search, Templetons recently took up space at 133 Mary Street.
When we first inspected the space available at 133 Mary Street, we began to realise the potential of fitting out the space to our specifications. Having previously leased car parks at 133 Mary Street, we already had a good relationship with the Quadra Pacific team, so the location and amenities of the building were just the icing on the cake.
The building is in the process of being upgraded, with the lobby always in immaculate condition and the new end-of-trip facilities are fantastic.
The thing we like about leasing through Quadra Pacific is the staff. Our facilities manager has been wonderful to deal with and is always ready to answer any questions we may have. The team is always quick to respond and anything we have needed to date has been provided immediately.
Everyone in the team really did their best to help and accommodate us, which helped take some of the stress out of the fit out and move.
