Michael Cartwright

Group Property Manager

Michael is an experienced property manager, having worked across the commercial, industrial, and retail industries for more than three decades. Experienced in managing teams both large and small, Michael places heavy emphasis on serving our tenancy base.

Having previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle across various directorial roles in Brisbane and Sydney, Michael specialises in risk management and building strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

Graham Clarkson

Leasing Manager

Graham has more than 28 years’ experience in commercial office leasing, having previously worked as an Associate Director at Knight Frank for 25 years.

Graham’s role at Quadra Pacific will see him secure and manage new tenancy agreements and direct the company’s strategic office leasing program across its three buildings in South East Queensland.

Gerard Briody

Business Manager

A member of CPA Australia, Gerard has more than 30 years’ experience in managing the financial affairs of leading companies here in Australia and overseas.

He has previously worked as an accountant, financial controller and chief financial officer for companies in the mining, manufacturing and transport sector.

Ross Alcorn

Facility Manager

Ross has more than four decades’ experience in providing sustainable and innovative programs for investors and companies in the building services industry.

Ross’ broad knowledge of commercial property has also seen him lead the operations of multi-million dollar projects, including the $30 million upgrade of an Australian Government Centre project.

Philip Chipperfield

Projects Manager

With more than 25 years experience in the fit-out construction industry, Philip’s high energy and infectious enthusiasm for project success will ensure the timely project completion of the major refurbishment works taking place within Quadra’s Brisbane portfolio. He will manage the ongoing variety of unique tenancy and spec fit-outs within the buildings, as well as the base building refurbishments. His expertise lies in a history of improving efficiency, productivity and organizational consistency.

Philip’s previous experience involved Projects Management for a Brisbane-based, commercial interior fit-out company providing turnkey fitouts; General Manager of the Queensland office of a Tier 1 fit-out contractor; and General Manager for a specialist commercial fit-out contractor. He was also the Construction Manager of a major portable and relocatable building supplier leading the installation team in the turnkey delivery of the government’s Department of Education and Training EMR, Year 7 and Kindergarten building programs.
