Multinational building Owner and Manager, Quadra Pacific, has appointed a commercial leasing manager and a building manager to its growing team in Brisbane.

The appointments follow Quadra Pacific’s announcement of its multi-million dollar upgrade of its CBD office tower 133 Mary Street.

Seasoned industry professionals Graham Clarkson and Ross Alcorn have joined the team to manage the company’s office leasing program and to oversee the day-to-day operations of Quadra Pacific’s buildings.

Graham Clarkson, Leasing Manager has more than 28 years’ experience in commercial office leasing, having previously worked as an Associate Director at Knight Frank for 25 years.

Mr Clarkson’s role at Quadra Pacific will see him secure and manage new tenancy agreements and direct the company’s strategic office leasing program across its three buildings in South East Queensland.

Ross-Alcorn

Ross Alcorn, Facility Manager has more than four decades’ experience in providing sustainable and innovative programs for investors and companies in the building services industry.

Mr Alcorn’s broad knowledge in commercial property has also seen him lead the operations of multi-million dollar projects, including the $30 million upgrade of an Australian Government Centre project.

Property Manager Michael Cartwright said the new appointments formed part of Quadra Pacific’s strategy to boost its market visibility and reinvigorate its assets.
